#GhanaPremierLeague: Bechem United look to pile more misery on Asante Kotoko

Date:

Struggling Asante Kotoko will travel away to face Bechem United in a matchweek 24 encounter at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

The Hunters are currently 5th in the Ghana Premier League standings and head into this tough encounter on the back of a 1-0 loss to Legon Cities in the MTN FA Cup quarterfinal last weekend.

Bechem United have managed to score 16 goals, concede five goals, and pick up four wins in their last five games at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

Asante Kotoko began the second half of the 2023–24 Ghana Premier League season second on the table, but have sadly done a disservice to themselves by dropping eight places to 10th.

However, the Kumasi-based lads are the best away performers after picking up 14 points in 12 games.

The Porcupine Warriors last away victory was against Bofoakwa Tano in a matchweek 17 clash on December 30, 2023.

The Bono side has won twice and drawn once against Kotoko since the 2020–21 season.

The match kicks off at 3 p.m. live on StarTimes channel 247, with pre- and post-match discussions on Max TV Ghana on YouTube.
