At Dun’s Park, Asante Kotoko and Bibiani GoldStars’ game concluded in a 1-1 draw.
At the very end of the first half, Ugandan player Steven Mukwala gave the Porcupine Warriors the lead with a goal. The game was eventually tied by the hosts, GoldStars, thanks to a Yahaya Andreman rebound goal off a penalty kick.
GoldStars were later given a second penalty, but were unable to score again, and the game ended in a tie. With 21 points, Asante Kotoko is still in second place in the league, while GoldStars are now in fifth.
