Apostle Solomon Oduro, the Head Pastor of Royal Victory Family Church International, has denied his involvement in his ex-wife, Charlotte Adu Poku’s, decision not to apply makeup and use her extensions.
According to him, he doesn’t preach against hair extensions and makeovers and has been a fashionista who even loves women with long extension hairs.
Speaking in an interview with e-Quick in Accra on Thursday, Apostle Oduro stated that he bought a Brazilian wig for Charlotte during their marriage until she cut off her hair, claiming God ordered her to do it during her encounter with him.
“I bought a Brazilian wig for her to wear till she said she had an encounter with God, and he said she shouldn’t wear any extensions and apply makeup, so she decided to cut off her hair. It was her personal covenant with God, so how can I come against someone’s covenant with God?” he queried.
Apostle Oduro maintained that the act of his wife affected some of his congregation, as some of the members began cutting off their hair.
