Azumah Bugre grew up in Pelewu, a deprived community in the northern part of Ghana. The 19-year old midfielder of Hasaacas Ladies football club is also an officer of the Ghana Air Force.
Bugre has encountered a few problems in combining her security duties and her footballing career. In spite of these challenges, it’s official that the Ghana U20 Midfielder, Azumah Bugre has signed her first professional contract with Sweden side IFK Norrkoping!
After almost 2 seasons of consistency for the Hassacas ladies, she has finally had a stepping stone. Congratulations Officer Azumah Bugre!
