H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the President of the Republic, praised the Black Stars for their outstanding performance in Ghana’s 3-2 victory over South Korea.
The President is one of the many Ghanaians who watched the Black Stars on Monday in the second Group H match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. There are millions of Ghanaians worldwide.
President Akufo-Addo congratulated the Black Stars on their victory in a thrilling game that ended 3-2 in Ghana’s favor.
In a post on Twitter, the President said, “Kudos to the Black Stars. Hard fought, but thoroughly well-deserved victory against South Korea. Proud of the entire team and the unalloyed support given to them by all Ghanaians. Now to the final group stage game against Uruguay,” President Akufo-Addo posted on Twitter.
Thanks to a goal from Mohammed Salisu and a brace from Mohammed Kudus, Ghana defeated South Korea 3-2 today to secure a crucial victory.
The last Group H match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup will now feature the Black Stars versus Uruguay.
