Ghanaian international winger Mohammed Kudus opened his Premier League goal account for West Ham as he scored late in the game to earn a point for his side.
The former Ajax man came in for West Ham’s first goalscorer, Tomáš Souček, with fourteen minutes to the end of the game.
The Czech star gave West Ham the lead eight minutes into the game before Alexander Isak scored twice in a space of five minutes, in the second half, to put the boys from Geordie in the lead.
Coach David Moyes knew he had to make changes to avoid defeat at home, hence the introduction of Mohammed Kudus, who didn’t disappoint as his first-time strike salvaged a point for his team.
