Ousmane Dembélé was the star of the show as Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) flat-out destroyed Brest in the playoffs of the Champions League.
An eventful first half saw them take the lead through Vitinha’s penalty before they survived a couple of mistakes at the back from Donnarumma and Hakimi.
Brest had their moments in the second half as well, but they could not apply the pressure for long enough.
Dembele’s second-half brace all but sealed the French champions’ safe passage to the knockout phases of the elite continental club competition, only if Brest doesn’t miraculously grow back.
PSG extended their unbeaten run against Brest to 31 matches in all competitions (W23 D8) since a 3-1 league defeat back in January 1985.
