Head coach of Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC, Karim Zito, has disclosed the club will be heading into the 2024–25 season without six key players.
Following the team’s outstanding campaign in the 2023–24 CAF Confederation Cup, a number of the players have received offers from clubs abroad.
“I am seriously preparing for the new season. As it stands, Abdul Aziz Issah, John Antwi, Egyir, Abdul Jalilu, McCarthy Ofori, and Agyenim Boateng aren’t part of my plans,” he revealed in an interview with a Kumasi-based station.
The Still Believe team has made a number of additions with the signings of Isaac Yaro, Ziblim Alhassan Napari, Nauffal Al-Hajj Oumar, and Rocky Dwamena, while experienced forward Joseph Esso signed a two-year contract extension.
