Renowned actress Salma Mumin says media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, known as Delay, is unprofessional and disrespectful.
According to her, the manner in which Delay directs her interviews is not ethically right.
Speaking in a recent media interview, Salma said Delay’s interview sounds more like a personal attack and hurtful.
Reflecting on Delay’s past interview with Akua Donkor, she said, “The disrespect was too much aside from the fact that she was doing her job.”
Salma noted that Delay’s persistent questioning and tone always created an uncomfortable experience for guests, making them feel as if they were “under attack.”
“When you ask your guest a question and they answer, it should end there. If you keep hammering on the same question, it’s like you are expecting a different answer… It means you have evil intentions,” she added.
Salma further stated that Delay’s style of interview seemed as a deliberate attempt to embarrass her guests and expressed the need for presenters to desist from such an unprofessional act.
