OpenLabs Ghana launches its annual scholarship scheme

Date:

OpenLabs Ghana (formerly NIIT Ghana) has announced the launch of its 2021 Annual Scholarship Scheme from its Tema Campus.

The scholarship program is designed for students who are enthusiastic about studying technology.

The scholarship is available to undergraduates, high school students, and even working adults.

OpenLabs believes that technology is the future and has great potential to begin change and that through studying technology, students and all young people will play an essential part in influencing the world’s future.

For the past few years, OpenLabs has held an annual Scholarship competition to encourage young people to consider technology as a tool that can assist a country to accomplish some of its Sustainable Development Goals.

To ensure the sustainability of the OpenLabs Scholarship Scheme, we continue to widen access to hundreds of students across the country and beyond.

OpenLabs aims to transform the passion of all young people into action and invites them all to take advantage of this and launch a career in technology that will go a long way toward resolving development concerns they care about.

OpenLabs is devoted to investing in young people, and we think that even a tiny amount of technological knowledge may help turn the world around in a positive way. We believe that our scholarship will not only inspire students to seek professions in technology, but also to use their expertise to make a difference in their communities.

To apply, students must take an aptitude exam at one of our five campuses in Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Tamale, and Takoradi. Different levels of discounts will be awarded depending on how well one performs in the test, with the biggest being a 60% discount on any of our programs on offer.
