Renowned Hiplife artiste, Okyeame Kwame, the rap dacta is rooting for King Paluta to win the artiste of the year in the forthcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
His actions are based on the prophecy he gave to his young colleague two years ago when Paluta was working extremely well in the industry.
Speaking in a phone interview with Max TV on its flagship entertainment program e-Quick on Tuesday, the Rap Dacta, said Paluta was doing extremely well in the year under review.
He said the “Makoma” hitmaker deserved all the accolades for his hard work and urged Ghanaians to vote for him to win the 2025 TGMA artiste of the year.
“I gave King Paluta a prophecy two years ago that he will win artiste of the year in 2025, if he continues working hard. Right now, I am crusading for him to win, otherwise my prophecy will not come to pass. When it happens like that my church will collapse,” Okyeame Kwame jokingly said.
King Paluta won two awards last year with his song featuring Kuami Eugene “Yaahite.”
His visibility and hard work in the year under review (2024) towers over any other musician in Ghana due to the fact that he released three smash hit songs: Aseda, Makoma, Pop Champagne, an album and appeared on many high profile concerts in Ghana and abroad.
