#MaxNews: One dead, several injured in Ho Diocesan bus crash

The Ho Diocesan Catholic Women Association delegates were traveling to Saltpond in the Central Region last Thursday when they were involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of one individual.

The victim was hospitalized for three days before passing away on Saturday, August 31, 2024.According to Catholic Trends, some of the other victims have been released from the hospital, but others are still there getting treatment.

The bus carrying the 15 delegates was involved in an accident on Thursday, August 29, 2024, near Kpong on the Akosombo-Accra route.

The crash was apparently caused by a tyre burst on the car.
