‎Lack of spiritual growth is collapsing marriages— Mary Ghansah

Date:

Celebrated gospel singer, Mary Ghansah, has attributed the rise in divorce cases among gospel musicians and Christians to their spiritual growth.‎

According to her, one’s spiritual strength will determine whether the person will sit in marriage amidst crises or not.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on the Max Morning Show in Accra last Thursday, Mary Ghansah stated that spiritual growth and development was key in marriage.

‎”It is what the person will see that will scare the person. There’s a point which someone will reach, and the person will say I can’t take it anymore. God created us differently and this all forms part of development. How we develop spiritually is all included in our endurance rate in marriage,” she said.

The “Enka Ekyir” hitmaker, therefore expressed the need for Christians to consult God and pray fervently to commit their marriage into his hands to ensure lasting marital life.
