Veteran Kumawood actress Rose Akua Attaa Mensah, who gained popularity with her witch name Kyeiwaa, has confessed that the lack of formal education has hindered her communication ability.

She said communication has been difficult for her since she relocated to the United States of America (USA) and wished she had gone to school.

Speaking in a media interview, Kyeiwaa noted that she had also lost a good job offer and employment chances due to her inability to communicate in English.

She therefore advised youth to prioritise their education to be able to enhance their employment chances wherever they might find themselves in the future.

Kyeiwaa observed that many youth of today were not paying attention to their studies and were dropping out to pursue other things that might hinder their future opportunities.

“While your parents are struggling to cater for your education, don’t let it be in vain. Don’t avoid education, go to school. You would not see the impact now when you abandon school, you will become as I am finding it difficult to speak English…I have experienced the same and I am advising you,” she advised.
