Ghanaian football powerhouse Asante Kotoko is kicking off pre-season training today in preparation for the 2024/25 season.
In an official statement, the club announced that the first team has gathered to start their pre-season work.
“The squad assembled this morning to commence preparations for the upcoming season,” the statement read.
Additionally, head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum, who underwent surgery five weeks ago, has fully recovered and is set to return to training this week.
“Asante Kotoko is excited to inform our supporters and the football community that Head Coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum will be back at the Adako Jachie training ground this week after a successful recovery. His return is a significant boost as new players join and adapt to his football philosophy,” the statement added.
