GPL W9: Kotoko end winless with victory over Legon Cities

Kumasi Asante Kotoko ended their winless run as they beat Legon Cities 2-1.

The game which was played at Dawu saw Kotoko take an early lead through Cameroonian striker Mbella.

Kotoko were on top at that point but Legon Cities responded when Ahmed Rahman scored a header to make it 1-1.

The game looked to be heading into a draw before Mbella made it 2-1 on the day and Kotoko held on to snatch all three points.
