The government of Ghana, under the leadership of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, has fulfilled one of its many promises of clearing debts owed to Black Stars coaches.
Since 2023, there have been widespread reports of Black Stars coaches, past and present, who had not received salaries due to them after months and years of work.
With the exception of Coach David Duncan, who has been half-paid, the rest have been fully settled, as Hon. Kofi Adams confirmed days ago during a meeting with the University of Development Studies and the Sports and Recreation Ministry.
The Sports Ministry reassures stakeholders in the sports fraternity of its commitment to ensuring the development of sports in Ghana.
