According to former Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic, he believes he has unfinished work with the Ghana Black Stars, and won’t hesitate to lead the team again.
Goran Stevanovic was the coach of the Black Stars between 2010 to 2012, and was in charge of the team at the Nations Cup in 2012.
Goran Stevanovic was, however, sacked after a disappointing campaign that led to the Black Stars finishing fourth at the competition in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
Speaking on a radio station , he said “I will not hesitate even a second to say “Yes” when given opportunity again to coach the Black stars because I feel I have unfinished business with the team, there is something I started that I couldn’t finished and will be very happy to coach the Black stars again in future,”.
Affectionately known as Plavi, he ruled out coaching a domestic club in the West African state despite his interest in returning to Ghana.
The Serbian trainer said “I’m not ready to coach any club in Ghana, it will be very difficult for me to coach at the club level but with all due respect I feels the national team is what I always dream for.”
