Former Barcelona youngster Marc Guiu scored a first-half hat-trick in Chelsea’s 5-1 thrashing of Shamrock Rovers.
The Blues completed the league phase of the UEFA Conference League unbeaten on Thursday night against Irish team Shamrock Rovers.
Enzo Maresca fielded a mix of experienced and young players in their final match of the league phase. Spanish teenager Marc Guiu recorded three goals in the first half, as Markus Poom pulled one back for the visitors.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall curled home a loose ball in the 40th minute to give Chelsea some breathing space before Marc Cucurella completed the riot in the 58th minute.
