Leo was unable to shoot at Eugene, he cried saying he can’t do it.

JC called the police for backup as he drives towards the location.

Eugene continues to console Leo who decided to shoot himself but Eugene stopped him, Ulysses saw this and gets angry, he called Leo’s phone and told him he knows he can’t do it and it’s confirmed he has turned his back on them.

JC returned to the office, he wanted to make everything possible to put Ulysses back in jail and also was sure Leo is ready to go to jail as he has agreed to testify against Ulysses.

Ulysses (Deniro) called Leo on phone and informed him that he is no longer part of the syndicate since he was not able to shoot Eugene.

Leo packed his stuff and was about to leave, Cor confronted him about turning his back on them, Leo replied he know he owes them a lot but he has to do this for everyone who suffered from Ulysses’, Cor slapped Leo saying Ulysses is not an evil man and she knows Ulysses will protect them.
