The guy who was released from the prison turns out to be Dante’s friend “Darius”, he comes to take him home and offers to work along with him.
Ulysses calls Adolfo to make sure if he has gotten rid of Ofie’s body and he says yes, Ulysses then asks him to look for the NBI agent who screwed their plan.
JC comes to the station and his boss tells him that his ban is lifted so he decided to continue investigating the trafficking case he was handling because he believes the owners of the empire hotel has something to do with it.
JC then tells the boss about his change of identity and he agreed to do the pepper work so JC can pretend to be Carlos.
Meanwhile, Grace is restless about her upcoming presentation, she does the presentation to the board but Leo isn’t happy with her presentation but he believes they can still make use of her idea.
Adolfo meets up with an agent from the NBI who happens to be working along with them, he gives him money in exchange for the name of the agent who called the police on them.
There is a wedding reception at the hotel and the wedding cake is ruined, Grace steps in and gives the cake a new look, Grace is informed that Leo wants to see her so she leaves.
Grace and Leo talk about business and he also tried to change Grace’s idea about love, he orders Grace to bring the presentation next week.
When he left, Leo called his father informing him about an idea for their upcoming guests to make more money.
Later that night, JC asks Grace if she has heard something suspicious at the hotel but she denied hearing anything, JC also breaks the news about his breakup with Melissa to her.
Leo explains his new idea to Ulysses, which is to use different methods to export the girls they kidnapped and Ulysses approved his idea.
The NBI agent who took the credit for calling the police on the kidnappers get attacked by Adolfo but he managed to escape.
When Adolfo gets home, Leo warns him to stay away from the authorities and Ulysses agrees with Leo.
When the guy gets to the office, he informs his colleagues about the attack, JC asks him for the full details about how he rescued the girls but he made an excuse saying is his secret.
Ulysses and his team is able to locate the orphanage where Ofie was staying and Adolfo decided to attack them but Leo stops them from doing anything silly, Ulysses gets angry and slaps Adolfo for allowing one of his men “Ranilio” ending up in the police station.
JC goes to the empire hotel to apply as a security officer but he is informed that they only hire people from an agency or only if he is recommended by Leo or Ulysses.
JC was on his way leaving but he meets Leo, he asks him out and they both goes to do some random fun kinds of stuff, JC took advantage of the situation and told Leo about his curiosity for a job at his hotel.
After the game, in the dressing room, Leo noticed JC has a scar on his chest and questions him about it.
JC cooks up a story saying he gets into a fight with some criminals but Leo didn’t believe it.
Meanwhile, Grace’s mom advises her about love, she teases her to choose between Leo and JC but Grace chooses none.
Joan goes to visit Dante’s sister asking her about the whereabouts of Dante but his sister denied knowing where he is.
Joan noticed there is a paper pasted there with an address on it so she managed to steal it.
Leo comes to the hotel with JC, he informs Cordelia about hiring JC and also as his friend but Cordelia is having mixed feelings because JC looks poor.
Eugene is promoted because of his good work, he decided to focus on Ranilio’s case but he is informed that the case has been transferred to a different station.
JC goes to the hotel Manager as instructed by Leo, the Manger breifs him about his work because he is hired.
