The final burial rites of the late retired Chief Inspector of the Ghana Police Service, Mrs. Lucy Assibi Bebli, mother of seasoned journalist, Tony Bebli, have been postponed.
The grand celebration of the life of the matriach was initially scheduled for Saturday, August 31, at the St. Margaret Mary Parish in Dansoman.
Due to certain unforseen challenges, which the family is currently addressing, the postponement of the burial rites was forced.

“FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS POSTPONED
The family of Mrs. Lucy Assibi Bebli regrets to inform you that the funeral arrangements previously set for 31st August 2024 have been postponed. A new date will be communicated later.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.
