Antoine Semenyo has officially become a new player for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
The Ghanaian international completed a move worth 65 million pounds after weeks of speculation from Bournemouth AFC.
He was unveiled on Friday, January 9, 2026, after undergoing a medical screening the day before.
Semenyo favoured a move to the Premier League contenders, rejecting other top clubs such as Chelsea and Liverpool.
The Black Stars forward who expressed his happiness after sealing the move stated his best is yet to come at City.
“My best football is yet to come; I am sure of that.”
He has signed a contract until 2031 and will wear the number 42 shirt previously worn by Yaya Touré.
