Chelsea are stepping up their pursuit of Benjamin Sesko after receiving a worrying update on Liam Delap, according to a report.
Delap is leaning towards a move to Manchester United if the Red Devils manage to secure Champions League football by winning the Europa League.
Blues have made fresh contact with RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko in a bid to secure his signing should they indeed miss out on Delap and Osimhen.
Chelsea were already in for the Slovenia international last summer, but Sesko was favouring a move to Arsenal before ultimately deciding to stay in Germany for another year.
A lot has changed since last summer, and the Gunners are now pursuing a move for Viktor Gyokeres, with Sesko only their contingency should they fail to land the Swede.
This has seemingly blown the race for the 21-year-old wide open, and Chelsea are keen to take advantage. Sesko, however, will be significantly more expensive than Delap.
