The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled an exciting new initiative, “Future Voices of African Football,” aimed at nurturing the next generation of sports journalists in Ghana.
This unique opportunity targets aspiring football storytellers under the age of 25 who are passionate about narrating the rich and dynamic story of African football. The program provides a platform for young talents to develop their skills in sports journalism, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growing football media landscape on the continent.
Interested candidates are required to submit a cover letter, resume, and an article, audio, or video showcasing their reporting skills to youngreporter@cafonline.com.
The initiative is part of the CAF African Schools Programme, in collaboration with Canal+ University, further emphasizing CAF’s commitment to youth empowerment through football.
With Ghana as the launchpad for this remarkable opportunity, young sports enthusiasts now have the chance to take their first step into the professional world of football journalism.
Aspiring reporters are encouraged to apply and be part of shaping the future of African football storytelling.
