#BlackStarsAbroad: Chippa United to replace Nwabali with Richard Ofori

Date:

South African Premier Division side Chippa United are looking to replace Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali with Ghanaian international Richard Ofori.

The Nigerian international is set to move away from 10th-placed Chippa United after a stellar performance at the 2023 African Cup of Nations.

The 27-year-old is linked to Saudi Arabian side El-Ettigaq and English Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

The Black Stars goalkeeper is looking for a new club as his contract with his current side, the Orlando Pirates, will run out in the summer.

Richard Ofori has endured a torrid 2023–24 season so far for both club and country.
