Alpha Blondy’s Power of Love Featuring Ghana’s Stonebwoy Is A Social Message!

Date:

The much-anticipated song, Power of Love was finally released on the 8th of April as promised by the Ivorian legend and it was nothing short of sensational.

Initially, many lovers of the Jerusalem worldwide hitmaker couldn’t put a finger on what exactly to expect as Ghana’s sensational Reggae/Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy had a verse on the song.

Both artists have largely been verbal on political and social issues in their careers as far as nation-building and a better life for the common citizenry are concerned. From this end, we weren’t exactly clueless after the revelation of the song’s title earlier on.

In the end, we have been much elated with the song after its release which gives prominence to Pan-Africanism and Unity within the African sphere. The content of the message; is a call to social change! What makes this all the more worthy, the torchbearers are recognized legends to carry on such a message.

For a sincere introspection, the content of the song is rich; the rhythm soothing! what’s enviable the more? The visuals are friendly and appealing and we just couldn’t have wished for more!
