Ahoufe Patri cautions Christians against being judgmental

Date:

Actress, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, popularly known as Ahuofe Patri, has called on Christians not to be so quick to judge.

According to her, the judgmental acts of some Christians have deterred many from worshipping in churches.

Speaking in a media interview, Ahuofe Patri stated that some Christians raised judgment to the extent of losing focus on the reason they attended church in the first place.

She stated that she had suffered such a fate before when people judged her based on her attire.

“When people know you and you go to church, you know how people are; it’s a little too much for me. It has happened to me twice where people have commented about what I was wearing,” Ahuofe Patri stated.

She indicated that the act was not welcoming and did not make church liberating for people to gain their salvation.

“I felt they could have gone about it differently. I also felt we lost sight of the reason why I’m here—to worship God. Maybe welcome me first,” Ahuofe Patri added.
