Ghanaian gospel music legend Bernice Offei has passed on.

The “Hold On” crooner transitioned to glory at age 63.

The late Bernice Offei’s classic gospel music tunes helped shaped the Christian faith foundation of a lot of believers.

It could be recalled that she was reported missing two weeks ago but was soon found thanks her many fans and admirers who shared her fliers on social media.

The earliest times of 1991 to 2007, she released countless hit evangelistic songs.

She won the best female vocal performance, unsurprisingly, and named songwriter of the year 2009 at the Vodafone Music Awards.

Aside from her love of spreading God’s word through her music, she was a professional banker with the Standard Chartered Bank of Ghana.

She was an alumnus of Achimota School and the University of Ghana.
