The one-week observation of Ghallywood actress Beverly Afaglo is slated for Saturday May 30, 2026 at the Green Flavour Events Centre in Community 9, Tema.
The actress who had been battling with breast cancer for two years succumbed to the ailments and passed away in the early hours of Sunday, May 24.
She died at the International Maritime hospital, in Tema after the cancer spread throughout her system.
A press statement released by her management team, Cine-God Studio to confirm her death and to officially announce the one week observation of the actress.
”The family respectfully requests prayers, support and privacy as they mourn the painful loss and arrangement for the final funeral rites,” it read.
The statement also assured that a detailed account of the final funeral rite of the talented actress would be communicated and thanked all friends and well wishers for their support and love during the family’s difficult period.
Afaglo was 42 years old and was left with four days to celebrate her 43rd birthday when she died.
She left behind a husband and two children.
