ECG Pledge Uninterrupted Power Supply During Yuletide

Date:

Are you an event planner, planning to hold a family and friends get-together, or simply wanting to “chillax” at home during the festive season?

Rest assured, the Electricity Company of Ghana, ECG, has pledged an uninterrupted power supply for holidays to be more memorable than in past years.

The ECG has expressed readiness to deal with the high demand for power and reliable service during the season.

“I, on behalf of the ECG, wish to assure all our customers that we are committed to providing a stable and reliable power supply during this Christmas period and beyond and have activated the service chain from supply to service, aimed at rendering non-stop, efficient services,” said the Director of Communications, William Boateng.

Mr Boateng further assured real-time responses to complaints from customers on phone or digital platforms.
