Wednesday, September 24, 2025, will see the Annual Dowuona Hammond Memorial Lectures come off at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT, Accra.
The Annual Dowuona Hammond Memorial Lectures by the old students of Winneba Senior High School (WOSA) will highlight the height of indiscipline in the senior high schools and committed ways of curbing it.
With its theme, “Indiscipline in Senior High Schools in Ghana: Causes and Remedies,” former Minister of State for Tertiary Education, Prof. Kwasi Yankah (WOSA ’70), is privileged with the singular honor of chairing the event.
Headmaster and an old student of the school, Mr. Hayford Mensah Tetteh, will deliver the keynote address, as the Dowuona Hammond family is expected to be in attendance.
The Chief Executive Officer of FWF Microfinance Ltd, Mr. Roberto M. Aheto, is the Personality of Honor.
