The Black Princesses of Ghana are accelerating preparations to take on the women’s under-20 side of Tunisia.
Charles Sampson’s Princesses are hoping to secure a spot at the biennial FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup, which will be hosted by Poland in 2026.
Ahead of the big game against Tunisia later in this month, coach Sampson disclosed his and the Ghana Football Association (GFA)’s goal is to reach the World Cup.
“Our goal is also to take the Princesses to the World Cup, and then we take it a step at a time. So, right now, our focus is just on Tunisia, and then, by His grace, we go step by step,” he said.
The first leg will come off in Tunis on September 20 before the return leg in Accra on September 28, 2025.
