Comic actor, Osuman Idrees, known in the industry as Yogot from the popular comedy series Junka Town, is dead.
He passed away yesterday, June 11, and the actual cause of his death is yet to be known.
The sad news was disclosed by the colleague of the deceased, Judge Abeka, in an interview with Connect FM in Takoradi on Tuesday, June 11.
According to him, Yogot never exhibited any sign of illness, stressing that he looked strong and healthy but only reported about a boil on his body before his sudden demise.

“He wasn’t seriously ill; it was a minor sickness. He had a normal boil, and it wasn’t as if he had been sick for a long time,” he said.
Meanwhile, Takoradi-based highlife artiste Nero X also shared the news about Yogot’s death on his Facebook handle.
Yogot starred in Junka Town, a comedy series shot in Effiakuma, Takoradi, in the Western Region, which brought up talented actors like Too Much and Atemuda.
He was survived by two children and a wife.
