Mrs. Rebecca Akuffo-Addo, the First Lady of the Republic of Ghana and founder of the Rebecca Foundation, extended a hand of benevolence to the Huni Valley Health Centre as she presented an ambulance.
The health center serving the Prestea-Huni Valley Municipality of the Western Region of Ghana had a refubrished 26-bed facility also inaugurated by the First Lady, who promised the bus to them in February 2020.
The Rebecca Foundation, committed to improving and saving lives, had donated ambulances to the West Gonja District Polyclinic, the Komfo Anokye Mother and Baby Unit in Kumasi, Valley View University Hospital, the Rebecca Akufo-Addo Paediatric and Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, and the Sakumono Community Hospital.
