#Paris2024: Babara Banda sends strong warning to Black Queens

Date:

Babara Banda, captain of the Copper Queens of Zambia, has sent a strong warning to the Black Queens of Ghana ahead of the Olympic Games qualifier tonight at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Zambia’s captain is optimistic about her team’s chances of beating the Black Queens to progress to the next round of the competition.

“Honestly, we are not intimidated by the Ghanaians. We have played a lot of games. We have experienced players. As I know my Copper Queens, we have young players, but I know them as stubborn queens, and we are here for a purpose,” Banda said to the FAZ media.

Ghana’s coach, Nora Hauptle, and her side would surely be no walkerovers, as they are also determined to be at this year’s Olympic Games in Paris.
