Left alone, Rigor causes trouble in the Agbayani residence, leading Gabriel to stay in Roman’s mansion. Since Carlos and Isabel are up to no good, Lydia decides to talk to him to come to terms with the current development.
Unfortunately, Tiger Shark’s second position in brand rankings dropped. Roman scolds Carlos for his incompetency. Gabriel discovers that Carlos has been watching his wife’s nakedness, and he fist-fights him for his despicable act.
Roman is compelled to kick Carlos out of the mansion, forcing Carlos to seek employment elsewhere. Rigor goes to the Dela Vega mansion to see Lydia, and an altercation leaves Gabriel with no choice but to move out of the mansion.
Carlos invests his $100 million inheritance in the game of poker to double it. Elsewhere, Gabriel represents Roman in his meetings while Roman goes for a checkup. In his bid to earn more, Carlos gambles his inheritance away to the point that he owes the casino.
Unfortunately, Roman is diagnosed with a brain tumor and appoints Gabriel to be in charge of the DV group of companies. Carlos takes advantage of his foster father’s situation to return to the mansion to cause trouble. He intends to get everything from Gabriel.
Soon, Isabel gets pregnant, and Carlos decides to leave the country with her. However, his dream crashed when the owner of the casino got him arrested. Carlos seeks the help of Lydia, and Isabel pawns her mansion.
Later, Carlos and Gabriel were nominated for the Most Successful Gentleman of the Year award. Meanwhile, Olsen and Simeon continue to compete for the affection of Marilyn. Roman, who has reopened the case of Victoria, confronts the Milton employee in the custody of the police about the person who killed Victoria.
