On Friday, October 6, 2023, Medeama SC, who the first Ghanaian club to qualify for the CAF Champions League since Berekum Chelsea in 2012, will learn who their group opponents are.
The draw will be broadcast live on the CAF Official website and CAF YouTube (CAFTV) from Johannesburg, South Africa.
The 4-3 aggregate result versus Guinean team AC Horoya allowed the Ghana Premier League champions to secure their spot in the group round.
