2023 GHALCA TOP 4: GHALCA cancels Top 4 tournament

The 2023 GHALCA Top Four tournament has been cancelled, orga nisers have announced.

Before the 2022/23 football season ended, the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) indicated that a Top Four tournament will be held in the off-season.

The tournament was expected to help the top four clubs from last season to prepare for the upcoming season.

In addition, it was expected to support the club that will be participating in the CAF Champions League in preparing for the preliminary stage of the continental competition.
The 2023 GHALCA Top Four competition has been postponed, according to the organizers.

The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) announced that a Top Four tournament will take place in the off-season before the 2022–2023 football season finished.

The top four clubs from the previous season were anticipated to benefit from the competition as they got ready for the new one.

Statement by GHALCA via Twitter:

“We regret to announce the cancellation of this year’s GHALCA top 4 tournament due to circumstances beyond our control

“The decision has been communicated to the participating clubs.

“Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.”
