Medeama SC striker, Jonathan Sowah, has expressed his profound appreciation to club President, Moses Parker, stating that he’s been like a father to him.
The striker suffered an injury setback at the beginning of the season that required him to have surgery but has enjoyed his time with the Tarkwa-based club since returning to full fitness, scoring ten goals in the process and propelling his team to the top of the table with a game to go.
Speaking about his relationship with the club president and how that has impacted his time at the club, the Nungua-born striker revealed he has a great one with the Club President, further describing their relationship as a “father and son” affair.
In an exclusive interview with Max FM on the Sports Pack Show, the Medeama striker said, “I always thank God for giving me a person like Moses [Parker]. Anytime I flip through the pictures on my phone, and I come across his picture, I take time to appreciate him”.
He again added, “He’s helped me a lot. He is like a father to me”.
