WAFU B CUP 2023: IMAX Media Group to Produce and Broadcast LIVE U-20 GIRLS CUP on MAX TV

MAX Media Group, along with its brands MAX TV, MAX FM, and MAX, COM.GH is the official accredited production company and its broadcaster, Max TV, to bring to you the inaugural WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup, taking place in Kumasi at the Baba Yara Stadium from May 20th–Saturday June 3rd, 2023.

Ahead of the competition commencing today, a production team numbering 24 experienced hands has been in the Ashanti capital since Thursday, putting up an exquisite delivery plan to initiate this Saturday opener and the coming days with smooth broadcasts.

Host Ghana has been placed in Group A alongside Benin and Ivory Coast.

Niger, on the other hand, will compete in Group B, facing tough opposition from Togo, Nigeria, and Burkina Faso.

The opening game of the tournament will be played between Ghana and Benin on Saturday, May 20th, with pitch side discussion starting at 2:30 p.m. alongside the official opening ceremony  and kickoff at 3 p.m.

Meanwhile, the organizers of the WAFU secretariat have handed over all accredited tags to the IMAX Media Group team ahead of the tournament.
