2022/23 Ghana Premier League campaigners, Accra Great Olympics FC ,have switched their official home grounds from the Accra Sports Stadium to the Sogakope WAFA park for the rest of the season.
The Dade Boys’ decision was approved by the FA’s Competitions Department on Monday, April 17, 2023, after a careful review of their reasons stated.
According to the management of the club, the high cost of honoring matches in Accra made them approach the Competitions Department to fix their subsequent matches at their alternative venue instead.
Great Olympics currently are placed 17th on the league table with 31points and are poised to elevate themselves from the relegation zone.
