Television Production rights to broadcast the WAFU U-17 Cup of Nations in June have been secured by Imax Media Group.

Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Nigeria, Togo, and host Ghana compete in the Mini regional championship, which will serve as qualification for the TotalEnergies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Algeria in 2023.

Imax Media Group is a fully-owned Ghanaian private multimedia broadcasting enterprise that runs Max TV, which is a digital terrestrial free-to-air station situated in Accra, and two radio channels Max FM (in Accra) and Maximum FM (in Takoradi).

Imax is also partners with StarTimes, a broadcast corporation that operates a Satellite pay TV service and StarTimes ON App.

The WAFU U-17 Cup of Nations will start from Saturday, June 11 to Friday, June 24, 2022 at the Cape Coast stadium.

The two finalists will automatically book their place at the 2023 Total Energies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Algeria.
