Real Tamale United (RTU) denied Kotoko all three points at the Baba Yara Stadium when both sides met in the Ghana Premier League(GPL) .
The GPL game which was the last fixture of the day was important for the Porcupines as they had gone two games without a win.
The first half saw both teams create decent chances but were unable to open the scoring.
The second half came to live as Cameroonian forward Franck Mbella scored a beauty for Kotoko to put them ahead.
Kotoko looked to be cruising at that point but RTU struck after Sandan Abagna took advantage of an error by Razak Abalora to make it 1-1.
Kotoko went in search of the winner but RTU held their lines and managed to get a 1-1.
