On Wednesday night, Bechem United defeated Real Tamale United (RTU) in the matchday 15 contest played at the Bechem Fosu Gyeabour Park in Bechem.
The game was quite enjoyable, especially for the Bechem United supporters who clapped for each goal scored by their team.
Hafiz Konkoni scored a hat trick in the 34th, 36th, and 45th minutes, Isaiah Nyarko scored an incredible goal in the 30th minute, and Clinton Duodu scored twice as Bechem won 6-2 at home (85th and 89th minute).
After Mohammed Sadat’s goal from the penalty spot in the 69th minute, Mustapha Fuseini scored the second goal for the visitors.
Real Tamale United is ranked eighth in the Ghana Premier League (GPL) with 21 points, while Bechem United is ranked second with 26 points.
The following Ghana Premier League match for Bechem United will be played away at Berekum Chelsea, while Real Tamale United will host third-place Accra Hearts of Oak at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
