Head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Karim Zito has revealed he would be thrilled if Albert Amoah gets a Black Stars call-up.

The tricky and pacy forward has been in exceptional form for the CAF Confederations Cup contenders.

Expert football pundits have questioned his exclusion from the recent Black Stars squad to face the Central African Republic and Comoros.

Zito, however, highlighted that the decision for Amoah to be called to the Black Stars solely rests on the head coach, Otto Addo.

“He [Otto Addo] knows what he wants and how he wants it. I can’t say because he is playing for Kotoko, so he should go to Black Stars. I think he’s also seeing him [Amoah], and if he feels he needs him, I’ll be happy,” said Zito.
