The third Women’s Premier Super Cup will feature eight clubs selected from the Northern and Southern Zones, including title holders, Faith Ladies, of the 2022/2023 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.
The League Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies, Northern Ladies, Dreamz Ladies, and Supreme Ladies will represent the Northern Zone, while Hasaacas Ladies, Faith Ladies, Army Ladies, and Berry Ladies will represent the Southern Zone.
The competition is scheduled to open the 2023–2024 Elite League season, however, the host city has not yet been chosen.
