Cape Coast — A reverend minister of the Gospel, Rev. Dr Ebenezer Conduah, has been arrested for child pornography.

Police found recorded videos of naked children on Rev. Conduah’s mobile phone.

The suspect was arrested on 2026 Independence Day at his apartment, Woraba, in Eguase, Cape Coast.

Five mobile phones, two hard drives, two memory cards, a computer system unit, sex toys and female underwear were retrieved after a search of his apartment.

Conduah stood on trial at a Cape Coast Circuit Court after he was referred there by the Adenta Circuit Court, which he appeared before on Sunday, March 8.

The head pastor of Mahanaim Christian Centre is facing a defilement charge and has been remanded into prison custody and is expected to appear before the High Court in Accra later this week.
