#MaxTransferNews: Manchester United to quadruple Kobbie Mainoo wages

England international Kobbie Mainoo is set to sign a new contract that will see his wages quadrupled at Manchester United.

Mainoo, 19, broke into the first team in the 2023–24 season and displayed mature performances, which earned him plaudits from football pundits.

According to the Daily Star, the teenager will receive £80,000 in weekly wages. This amount could double in the next season if he maintains his form.

Three Lions head coach Gareth Southgate has included Mainoo in his squad for the European Championship, which begins on June 14.

He is rumored to become a starter at the Euros with England after impressing in his international debut at age 18 in a friendly against Brazil.
