Max TV to Telecast Global Warrior Champions MMA Event

Date:

The biggest mixed martial arts event in Ghana, ‘Global Warrior Champions,’ is set to return on the biggest sports production channel, Max TV.

In May 2025, the world witnessed an avalanche of MMA fighters locking horns in the Bukom Boxing Arena Octagon.

The Bukom Arena will be packed to the rafters once again as the second edition of the Global Warrior Champions comes off on Friday, September 19.

The battle for survival of the main event on the night would see Ghana’s Emmanuel Lamptey take on Nigeria’s Ben Bazi in a middleweight clash.

Mr Jeffery Taylor, President of the Mixed Martial Arts Association of Ghana, promised a spectacle of a night live on Max TV.

“We expect a spectacular show at the Bukom Arena, and we look forward to more fruitful partnerships with leaders of the MMA sport in Ghana,” he said.
